Mrs. Anne Steen

Board Vice-president

Mrs. Steen, a native of Norway, immigrated to the United States at the age of 15. She works as a clerk to the Daggett County Justice Court Judge for Dutch John, and is a homemaker. She and her husband Roy, a retired Utah Highway Patrol trooper, have one daughter and two sons. Both sons graduated from Manila High School. The Steens have resided in Dutch John since 1992.
